like i said before, newgrounds is pretty cool, but... i feel left out. i can't make a game, i can't make animations, and the only type of art i could do is windows paint. :( so, what i'm trying to say is... can anyone help me out?

Or look up drawing tutorials?
Not everyone on NG HAS to be an artist. Just try a bunch of different stuff and see what sticks.
